Here you'll find reviews, interviews, advice and all other types of resources for independent musicians, labels, and venues. We're always lookin' for reader submissions. We'll be happy to publish any article as long as it at least somewhat relates to the site here. DH can only get as strong as it's readers and contributers so buck up, pitch in, and watch out!

How to Get More Press for Your Band

Why isn’t YOUR band in the paper, magazines and radio broadcasts, and of course, on DH?

It’s my job to dig up and “discover” new country artists and expose them to the world. Each day I get a handful of suggestions that I follow up on with mixed results, and I always feel bad when I turn away from a band so today I thought I’d tell you what makes the difference when deciding which bands to showcase here on DH Country.



To submit your band for consideration you can email me at whiskeychick@drunkenhillbilly.com or join the DH Country Music Community and upload your MP3’s and videos.
